Ingredients:
Whey protein isolate (from milk), (contains lecithins). Directions for use: mix 1 serving of the product (30 g) with 200 ml - 300 ml of water or skimmed milk. Recommended daily serving: 3 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving (90 g).
