Usage:

mix a portion of the product ( 1/2 scoop - 8 g) with 200 ml of water or juice. Consume 2 times a day. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 servings (1 scoop - 16 g) of the product to be consumed daily. Daily dose: 16 g ( one scoop)
