CREA-M is a dietary supplement in the form of a powder, intended for both professional athletes and amateur athletes, supplementing their diet with creatine derived from creatine monohydrate. Creatine enhances physical performance for consecutive short, high-intensity exercise sessions. Beneficial effects occur when a minimum of 3 g of creatine is consumed daily.
Ingredients:
Creatine monohydrate, vitamin B6, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Usage:
Mix one serving, 5 g, in 150 ml - 200 ml of water or juice. Drink immediately after preparation. Consume one serving per day. Do not exceed the recommended serving (5 g) to be consumed per day. Measurement included in the package.
