Real Foods - Soy 1000g

Soybeans are an extremely valuable food for humans. Nearly 40% are made up of easily digestible protein (ok. 37 g per 100 g), which consists of a number of easily digestible amino acids. In terms of ease of digestion, soy protein is compared to chicken egg white.

In addition, there are 20 g of fats in 100 g of soybeans, of which the majority are mono fatty acids - (ok. 4,5 g) and polyunsaturated (ok. 11 g). Soybeans, like other legumes, also contain a lot of carbohydrates (30 g per 100 g) and dietary fiber, i.e. fiber (9g per 100g).
