Oat flakes - flakes made from oats. They contain approx. 68% carbohydrates, 13% protein, 7% fat, 10% fiber.

Oatmeal is used to make oatmeal, oatmeal kispie, tastes great drenched in milk or yogurt, with dried fruit and nuts added. They are also a very good ingredient in muesli, granola and various bars. They are used to bake cakes , cookies , various macarons, bottoms for mazurkas and crumbles. They are added to baked bread. They are used as an ingredient in vegetarian cutlets and bread crumbs.
