Real Foods - Sushi rice 1000g

Sushi rice made, according to traditional Japanese methods. It has a round grain and a milky color. In its ready-to-eat form, it has a high viscosity making it easy to prepare many types of sushi. Can be used as an ingredient in soups, meat dishes and salads.

Rice Preparation:
1. Rinse the rice with water several times until the water is clear.
2. For a cup of rice add one and a half cups of water, simmer on low heat.
3. Then, once cooked, cover the pot and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes or so or until the rice has absorbed all the water.
4. Set the cooked rice aside under the lid for 10 minutes. The rice is ready.

Ingredients: Sushi rice.
