Spiruline is considered to be so called superfood. It’s a group of products that are characterized by high content of some valuable substances, are very nutritious and in principle bring us only advantages. Spiruline is undoubtedly one of the leading products in this group. 

Spiruline is full of valuable proteins, fats, carbohydrates and dietary fiber. What’s more, it contains such vitamins as: vitamin C, K, B6 and A. But there’s more: thiamine, folic acid, niacin and riboflavin. It’s also rich in minerals like calcium, zinc, sodium, iron, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. 

Spiruline intake can help us in many ailments. It contains gamma linolenic acid that takes part in biosynthesis of substances lowering blood pressure. These substances also lower the risk of blood clots, have anti-inflammatory effect and affect the condition of our skin and hair. They also alleviate the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. 

In spiruline one can find pigments such as green chlorophyll and blue phycocyanin. Their presence gives spiruline its antioxidative effect, so it can protect us against cancer. It also normalizes the metabolism of iodine in our body, and that’s why it helps our thyroid gland to work properly. It also increases the efficiency of the immune system, supports heart, strengthens our digestive system.  DOSAGE

Take 1 serving of the product (2 tablets) once per day. Do not exceed the maximum dosage of 1 serving (2 tablets) per day. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
